Kirby Brown was born Texan, shaped in the foothills of the Ozarks, propelled by the frenetic energy of New York City, and currently at home in Nashville. As Kirby is himself a synthesis of varied influences in juxtaposition, his songs in kind are a marriage of poetic observation and simple conversation – serious and at times playful meditations on what’s behind the veil of our seemingly plain human experiences.
