Description
Bad Brains’ self-titled debut studio album was recorded in 1981. The ROIR cassette was the band’s first release longer than a single, released on February 5th 1982 – and often referred to as “The Yellow Tape” due to its yellow packaging. Ira Kaplan of Yo La Tengo also wrote the original liner notes included in the reissue. Org Music, in coordination with the band, remastered the iconic recordings and they were pressed at Furnace Record Pressing. The audio was mastered by the legend Dave Gardner at Infrasonic Mastering.
